META +15% move with 2% float volume? How’s that work?

This has always confused me…. META share volume through lunch is 40-45mil, or around 2% of float. Low % short, around 1%. maybe I just don't understand how things work. Wouldn't you need a volume of at least 15% of the float to create a 15% move or am I looking at this wrong?

I'll often see this AH on earnings too. 50k vol on a stock with 500 million shares makes the stock drop or raise 10%. How is this possible? Dark pool exchanges?
