Merrill Lynch Help

Hi,

So, I was awarded stocks from my company in 2020. I recently left that job, and am getting emails from Merril Lynch that I need to “exercise” then before I lose them at the beginning of August. When I go to Brokerage/Sell Shares, it says “Quantity Available: 0”.

Under the “Exercise” tab, I’m seeing two options “Model/Exercise” and “Model Only.” Could anyone explain what this means? And also, could you please explain to me how I can sell the vested stocks?
