Lowest fee stock exchanges

Hiya, I want to buy some Vale SA shares. On my trading platform they allow me to purchase it on either NYSE, Tradegate AG, or Borse Frankfurt. How do I find which has the lowest capital gains tax/dividend tax or does it matter?

Note: I'm from the UK.
