Low 6 digit stocks are stagnant, do I move my money?

Long story short: I was an employee at EA and they used to throw a lot of incentive stock my way. I've now been sitting on a portfolio valued between $270-$300k (fluctuating, of course). Overall, I feel like it's relatively stable but there is no growth. Should I sell these off and take the capital gains hit to move them into an ETF?

For reference, I'm also considering a securities based loan in the near future for some liquidity. I've made more profit from my other investments in the last year than I have in the last 3 years of owning these shares.

Edit: The responses have been really helpful and I appreciate the input, they were much better than I could've expected on WSB lol. I've concluded that they need to go in increments. Thanks, folks.
