Lost $3,000 in the Stock & Crypto Market, what are some good indexes & stocks to invest in during this crash?

Long story short, I made $1,000 on dogecoin & about $500 from stocks when I began in March of 2020. I thought I was the next Warren Buffett.

Then the harsh reality set in and I just kept losing & losing more and more money in the markets.

I really want to load up and hope to recoup my losses in the next 5 years on solid stocks, ETFs, & indexes during this crash when everything is dirt cheap. I have about $5,000 in cash to spend but I’m not making anymore real decisions without doing my own DD and getting advice from a couple of people and their perspective.

I was really looking into putting my money in the S&P 500, VTI, DIS, WMT, AMD
