How do you get this type of info? Where do they disclose when they buy/sell stuff. Also, when a larger hedgefund buys stocks. Is there a site that displays these information efficiently e.g
Date/time investor ticker sum/portion of their portfolio

Preferably, a website that displays this information for free.
