Long-term investing ETFS (Europe)

Hi,
I am presently Europe and want to make long term(20+ years) investment.

In Germany we do not have VOO or VTI option available(not fully sure). Presently I am investing in EQQQ and Invesco S&P 500 UCITS funds. Do you think these are a good options?

I have been reading this sub about the difference between tqqq and qqq but do not know the exact difference between them. How to they compare to EQQQ?
