hello, i’m a beginning investor and the last couple of days i’ve been researching some stocks and eft’s for me to potentially invest in long-term, and some advice would be welcome.
starting off with the eft’s:
Vanguard S&P 500 (VUSA IE00B3XXRP09)
i feel like i can hardly go wrong with this one, it’s low-risk low-reward but it’ll allow me to plant my money and forget about it.
Vanguard FTSE All-World (VWRL IE00B3RBWM25)
same goes for this one: just wondering if it’d make sense for me to invest in both of these eft’s as they’re pretty similar.
Invesco EQQQ Nasdaq-100 (QQQ IE0032077012)
low-risk yet very volatile. i like how it’s mostly innovative companies.
as for stocks, i’m thinking of buying GOOGL, MSFT and Netflix. a big part of my portfolio would be technology as that’s something i’m always connected to, it’s easy for me to stay up-to-date on them and all 3 have remained steady.
