Little Fuse ($LFUS) an alternative to semi-conductors

This is not investment advice. I am a moron. This is my 1st post and is probably riddled with errors and mistakes.

Who is $LFUS? They are based out of Chicago and with a Market Cap of $6.309B they are the largest fuse manufacturer in the US and 2nd in the world next to TE Connectivity ($TEL) based out of Switzerland with a Market Cap of $48.281B. They manufacture fuses for industrial motor drives and power conversion, automotive electronics, electric vehicle and related infrastructure, power supplies, data centers, telecommunications, medical devices, alternative energy, building and home automation, appliances, and mobile electronics markets.

Any product that requires a semi-conductor also requires fuses. The P/E 21.99 and Forward P/E 19.08 is fairly low in comparison to AMD (37.18/35.77) and NVDA (73.94/46.29). Their Gross Margin is currently at 37.00 and has stayed above 30.00 since 2010 which is a bit lower than AMD and NVDA but has stayed consistent.

They finished 2021 with record annual revenue of $2.1 billion, up 44% compared to prior year, and reported adjusted EPS of $13.19, an increase of 106% year-over-year. It appears all segments has increased.

They expect the first quarter to have sales in the range of $563 million to $577 million, up 23% versus lat year. EPS is expected to be in the range of $3.14 to $3.30.

With a varied exposure to multiple high growth segments I believe they can continue to grow as a company and chip away at $TEL's market share. The downside is that they don't have a large moat as the fuse industry is vast and varied.
