I want to start investing in battery production and distribution. I want to get some advice from someone who's already succesfull with investing in this. Since Lithium is going down at the moment it seems to be a decent time to start. I want to diversify as much as possible to not be dependent on what happens in one market.
1.) Which mining/production companies would you recommend at the moment and why?
2.) Which companies in this field would you absolutely NOT recommend investing in and why?
3.) Would you recommend investing in a global ETF like LIT (Global Lithium & Battery Tech)?
4.) What's a good way to stay relatively future proof in this market for the next 5-10 years? Several big European countries will ban combustion engines by 2030 but it looks like the demand for resources to build all these batteries required cannot be met until then. With Tesla building the Giga factory in Berlin it adds a whole new dimension to demand and supply for the European market.
5.) In order to invest in this technology specifically is there a certain trading platform you'd recommend over others? The one I'm using doesn't really trade anything from China in this sector for example.
Cheers!
