For the stock market to rise over the long term, economic growth is paramount.
If our government wants to drive economic growth, there are many ways, but it may not be in the interests of one president and one political party.
I can give an example:
Biden and Congress just approved a $14 billion aid package for Ukraine, the most important of which is military aid, from which arms dealers must ultimately benefit.
Why can't we build high-speed rail that goes over 200 mph?
Eastern plan: From the world-famous university city of Boston, to the most developed New York Bay Area in the world, and then all the way south, connecting Philadelphia-Baltimore-DC-Richmond-Charlotte-Atlanta-Jacksonville, and finally reaching the most developed city in the United States. The beautiful seaside city of Miami;
Southern Plan: Starting from Atlanta, passing through Birmingham-New Orleans, reaching Houston, the fourth economic city in the United States, and even extending westward to Phoenix in one day, and finally reaching California, the most economically developed city in the United States;
West Plan: From San Diego, through the second largest economic center in the United States, all the way north, to the second largest bay area in the United States – the San Francisco Bay Area.
North Plan: Start in Washington and connect Pittsburgh-Cleveland-Columbus-Cincinnati-Indianapolis-St. Lewis to Kansas City. At the same time, continue north from Indiana to Chicago, the third economic city in the United States, and then to Milwaukee and Minneapolis.
Through these four projects, more than 95 percent of the U.S. population and more than 90 percent of the U.S. economy will be connected. It will improve America's industrial structure, add tens of millions of jobs, and create a trillion-dollar economy.
Drive the development of hundreds of industries such as finance, construction, metal smelting, equipment manufacturing, and information construction, and create profits for tens of thousands of enterprises.
Ultimately, it will affect the continued prosperity of the stock market.
I admit that it will take decades to implement each project in stages. This may conflict with the interests of a certain president and a certain political party, but it is definitely in the interests of the American people and the development of the American economy.
