$KIRK Kirkland’s, a stock with some potential?

Company Overview: Kirkland's, Inc. operates as a specialty retailer of home décor and furnishings in the United States.

Since i put this stock on my watchlist (2021) almost evertying was dwindling (Annual sales, cash, share price) however, despide all of these in the last two years they manage to close both years on green.

Why do i think this may be a good play?

  1. Historically their sales was better every year in q4 and q1 than in q2 and q3 so that will come in some months.
  2. CFO W. Michael Madden acquired a total of 2,500 shares at an average price of $1.76. The insider spent $4,400 to buy those shares, also Sullivan Amy Ervin, President, COO bought 2,847 shares at the same price.
  3. Short Float its around 11% for a low float stock (around 11 mil). I dont belive in an short squeze but these shorts may be closed around q4 so that may cause a small run.
  4. The company's President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Steve Woodward retired effective May 31, 2023. This may be new begginig good or bad, we will see.
  5. Share price hit 3 year's low around 1.62$.”Time to buy the dip?”

I would like to hear some of your opinions. What do you think it's $KIRK time for a up shift?
