JNJ Company Split

Just curious what everyone’s thought is on what will happen to JNJ stock when their consumer brands are spilt off in the next 18mo. Will they split the stock and options I own?

For background JNJ is about 85B and consumer brands only make up about 15B of that. No one is acquiring
the consumer brands sector, they are simply splitting it into its own independent company.

Any history of what has happened when other large companies have done this? Also, any advice on what to do to (if anything) to prepare for this move when it comes to Stock/RSUs/Options would be appreciated!
