Title says it. Articles popping up everywhere saying the company will file bankruptcy if a buyer is not found. Obviously, this is planted press to help spread awareness to prospective buyers.
Aaannnyyyywho, is there someone here with thoughts on a buyer? ACI Capital is the seller, for what its worth. Could someone step up and buy the brand? Could cause a bump in someone's share price. WW has been moving a lot lately, Could they look to corner the market. Am I wasting time considering this?
