I’ve been sitting on a pile of cashing waiting for this market—what to do?

So I’ve been sitting on the sidelines for the past couple of years patiently waiting for what seemed inevitable. It now looks like capitulation is right around the corner. Not to gloat—I’m sorry for all of you that have sold and lost. I just fishing for ideas when I decide to pull the trigger and jump in. My time frame is about 5-7 years. I’d appreciate any sincere input. Thank you.
