It is time for the housing market to fall too.

Stocks are falling.
Crypto is falling.

Same with many other asset classes, I’m sure. But the housing market has barely experienced anything.

If anything good is to come from these turbulent market conditions, I would hope we see a decline in housing prices too. It is about time that this happens.

Governments always run to protect their housing markets, now it is time to let nature run it’s course and allow the millions of young adults out there the chance to purchase their own home, just like what is happening to stocks and other asset classes at the moment.
