Is this an edge???

I recently learned an interesting fact that casinos have a built-in statistical advantage called “House Edge” that ensures gaurenteed profits in the long term.

I was wondering suppose you adopt a strategy with a 60% success rate and trade based on it at a risk-to-reward ratio of 1/1.5, can you expect to make a guaranteed profit after a series of trades? Do you think this strategy gives an edge in the market? Would love to hear your thoughts on this.
