Is this a good time to sell PFG stocks?

Hello,

I have a net change of 29% on my Principal Financial Group investment. I took a look at some websites on what a good time to sell stock. I did not have a particular strategy in mind but I bought these shares as long term investments and I was getting them at a 10% discounted rate under ESPP. I did not expect the company to do well so soon.

What should be my strategy now? is 29% a good number to book? I don't have any technical analysis knowledge. Looking at the history and fundamentals, do you think it's a good time to hold or not?
