Is there something similar like QQQM but for S&P 500?

I found out about QQQM today. It claims to reinvest dividends, lend shares to get a higher return and have lower expenses than QQQ in general. So, it seems a very good idea for long-term investment.

I am wondering:

1. if there is an equivalent for S&P 500?

2. Are there any cons of owning QQQM over QQQ (for long-term investment)?
