Is there a way to sort the NYSE for the worst performing stocks in the past year?

Wanted to know if this was possible on any website or service as I have been trying to figure out if there is an easy way to sort for bargain stocks. Not sure how feasible this is or what platform would be best to do it on, but any help would be appreciated.
