Is there a way to invest in mushroom coffee?

I enjoy investing in commodities that I see starting to rise in my urban community. This morning I saw someone order a mushroom coffee at my usual spot instead of a kombucha. But I can't find any obvious public traded company or other avenue for investing in this trend. Does anyone else?
