Is SFY too similar to VTI? (Wash sale question)

I have some $ tied up in SFY ETF (please note, I do not mean SPY).

I also have VTI.

I want to sell my position in SFY and move some of that money to VTI, while holding the rest in cash for the time being.

Is SFY —> VTI close enough to trigger a wash sale?
