Is qqq overvalued or a good buy

Is qqq worth too much to buy rn. I’m looking to buy 70 shares to start selling premiums. I should’ve bought some more when it was below 300 but I thought it would drop more. I feel like I’m chasing but I’m also inverting myself because this market could very well see this push up
