Is my Roth IRA oversaturated ? (21 Y/O investor)

I’m currently invested in VTSAX, VTIAX, VOO, VTI, and VT. I understand some of these are essentially the same (e.g. VTSAX = VTI). My question is, is it worth to sell most of these funds as they pretty much have the same holdings, or just continue to invest in VTSAX and let everything ride despite the overlap. Any help would be appreciated.

P.S. I keep seeing people recommend VOO, VTI, and VT. How do I know what to go with. They say if you do VT then don’t do VTI, and If you do VTI, don’t do VT. It’s all very conflicting. Any suggestions?
