Is LVMHF the same as LVMH?

I’m based in the US and would like to buy stock in Louis Vuitton. On eTrade, I see the LVMHF ticker. Is that actually LVMH? Would I directly own a stock of Louis Vuitton?

I was on the LV website, and to be part of the shareholders club, it states

“Any shareholder holding at least one LVMH share which is listed on the Paris Market, can become a LVMH Shareholders’ Club member”

Is owning a share of LVMHF the same as LVMH?
