Hi, I'm a student who only has a small fund for investments and I am just wondering whether it would be advisable already to invest in REITs? I have shareholdings in established ETFs such as VOO and VGT, and I am just torn whether I should invest in an REIT already or just invest in VOO and VGT to increase my shareholdings and to average my costs.
In any case, what are great REITs to invest in?
