Honestly, I could afford a share. But I have two concerns.
Firstly, a large chunk of holdings feel old-fashioned. American Express (the least accepted card outside the US), See's candies (whose box designs look like a homework project), etc.
Apple and Coke are solids however.
Buffet invests in what he understands, so it makes sense at his age that some of the investments will feel dated to the younger generation.
Secondly, the Buffet premium. The two core partners… Himself and Charlie….and both well over average life expectancy. And when they pop their clogs, it may have a big dent on the stock.
So, is it a good stock? Who feels it's overvalued, undervalued, or whether Buffet premium is a thing?
