Is inflation really going down? or is it hidden with shrinkflation?

I notice that grocery store stuffs are same price but their size became significantly smaller

how does cpi account for shrinkflation? or do they ignore hidden inflation (shrinkflation)?

I feel like real inflation number is hidden because every companies are reducing size of the product instead of increasing price to shift the inflation cost

am I the only one thinking this?
