Sub par product. His pitch is that he has ripped Salesforce off and made a cheaper CRM, has ripped Zendesk off and made a cheaper service desk ticketing.
How is it cheap? Because instead of having sales team sit in the US making $75-80k a year, he has them offshore making 12k a year. Doesn't realize the market values innovation and not cost cutting.
