If the acquisition by Microsoft passes, ATVI shareholders will get 95$ for each share, if market drops any percent, and the deal goes through, we will have 18.5% upside from today's price, no matter what happens to the market assuming the deal goes through.
It seems too good to be true, what am I missing?
