Took a loan and invested everything into stocks.
Took a loan and invested into real estate as additional diversification to gain rental income.
All extra cash I had on the side I've invested in the stock market.
Of all the cash I gain monthly from my salary and rental income 87% goes to paying back loans.
I guess I'll be fine in the long-run.
