Investment partnership which pass on 90% of profits to you, why do we don’t talk about them?

I searched this sub and found basically nothing about this. We talk about Reits and other tax advantaged systems, but why not partnerships?

I just found out about them and they seem really good, why should you not invest in these if your investment strategy is long term?
