I am in a Marketwatch investment competition for my econ class. It lasts from now until about mid-December. Any advice on short-term strategies would be appreciated. I don't have a lot of experience, but I am assuming that stock performance over this short period of time will heavily revolve around earnings releases. I have about $75,000 to work with.
