Investing from my HSA

I am brand new into investing (yes I will read the wiki on the side bar after posting this), but I wanted to hear some opinions and maybe advice for the position I am in. I have an HSA through Fidelity and learned that I am able to invest whatever goes into my HSA into the stock market. This is something that I would like to do, as I haven't touched much of the money in my HSA in a couple of years, so it feels like it's just kind of sitting there. I know it is there in case of an emergency but I would like to invest so of it to try and make some more money. Does anyone have any tips, suggestions advice for someone in my position?

One specific question I have is about the taxes/penalties that I might accrue by selling/trading stocks.

Is there a way to take out money tax-free from the money you make from investing?

Are there penalties for taking money out of an investment too early or before a certain period of time?

If this belongs in a different sub I apologize again I am new here and have no idea what I'm doing, but trying to learn.
