Interactive Brokers refuses to transfer my stocks beacuse of allegedly missing funds even though I have them

I want to transfer stocks to DRS and I get the error

DETAILS Free of Payment Instructions received. Rejected by IB: Client may not have the cash to cover DRS fees. Transfer rejected due to margin requirement. $2.86 additional equity needed.

My account (image below) obviously shows I have that amount of equity.

What the hell am I suppose to do then?

Any help would be appreciated.
