Its at an ath, but at this PE, its still cheap. Now they are rolling out prediction markets and just yesterday, a court ruled that they are legal. Its the best broker (with Schwab) for international clients wanting to invest in the US markets. Previously was TD, but now the service is much worse, so it is growing fast. Thir CEO is aware of this and has a clear objective.
