Hi guys!
Have a question regarding “spinoff”.
I thought that I will get shares of Mobileye after spinoff from Intel, because I am currently holding some amount of Intel's shares… But as I see Intel didn't give any shares of Mobileye to shareholders… For example, after Realty Income (O) spinoff Orion Office REIT (ONL) – I got some shares of Orion, hence I thought that Intel will give some shares of Mobileye to shareholders as well… Am I right?
