Mobileye Global's CEO and President, Shashua Amnon, purchased a total of 631,963 Class A Common Stock shares on August 2, 2024, for a total amount of $10,434,093. The transactions were executed at weighted average prices of $15.8809 and $16.7041, as part of two separate purchases. Following these transactions, Shashua directly owns 4,080,097 shares of Mobileye Global.
Insider purchases may signal the company insiders feel the stocks is undervalued and they expect it to recover.
