I understand this is very elementary so I’m looking for an EILI5 answers. But when we announced the sanctions on Russia and it’s implications on oil EVERY oil company’s stock skyrocketed. The next few days they all fell back down to their original price and some even less. But the price for oil and gas keeps going up?
