If ARKK were to go to zero, what would happen to SARK?

Let's say the dream scenario plays out for those of us holding SARK, and ARKK implodes and the fund closes.

What would happen to SARK? Would it also close? Would we be able to sell our SARK position once it was known ARKK was going to zero?

I am worried about being able to exit if a true market crash happens. Thanks.
