If a tech embargo trade war ensues with China, who are the winners & losers?

Aside from Nvidia of course, who else are the big winners and losers? I'm looking at bot:

• Specific tech embargoes from both sides, as well as

• Retaliatory trade war actions that goes beyond tech

I'm most interested in:

• Is Intel finally going to catch a break? Will they get more handouts from the government? Or will they get screwed by the Chip trade wars as well?

• Apple and Tesla's growth depend a lot on Chinese market. Is this going to hurt them?
