I need some help on when to cut losses

So first I will give you some info on my situation:

I started investing 1,5 years ago and like many others I made a few mistakes and jumped on a few hyped stocks (including BABA, NIO and TSM).

  • BABA: -46,5% (-1.150€)
  • NIO: -53,4% (-662€)
  • TSM: -9,3% (-100€)
  • 1810: -46% (148€)

I also am down with a few ETF I bought:

  • RIZF: -8% (-424€) Sustainable Food ETF

  • XMLH: -12,2% (-1.170€) Healthcare ETF

  • ESPO: -3,3% (-380€) Van Eck Video Games

  • IS3N: -2,8% (-470€) MSCI EM

I definitely don't want to invest in the above mentioned stocks in the long run. I just thought that I could wait it out and sell as soon as I woukd be in the black figures again. But right now I am not that sure about it anymore.

With the XMLH and ESPO i feel more confident investing long term and would also like to keep them even if the XMLH looks pretty bad atm. I am pretty sure I want to get rid of the Rize ETF and for the case of IS3N I am completely indecisive. Originally I wanted the emerging market having a much higher share in my portfolio but right now I think I don't feel very comfortable with that.

So like I mentioned in the question above I just don't know how to make the decision on when to cut losses. There might be a time when the stocks are not that much down but I feel waiting to long might also be wrong, especially because I could invest the money also in a better stock/ETF.
