I need a stock or product with extremely small spread denoted in USD

I'm on Hungarian IBKR and can't convert currency from EUR into USD.

One way around this is buying a US denoted stock or product, creating a short USD cash balance, convert eur to USD to close the short cash balance (its only allowed to convert to settle a debt) and then sell the stock to be long USD and short EUR.

But for that I need some stock or product that has extremely low spread.

Any suggestions? And no, APPL doesn't have small enough spread.
