Are you guys proud of me
It was for an extra credit assignment for my corporate finance class. It felt good when I punched in the last number and my model clicked.
I did Albemarle ($ALB). My model gave it a 17% upside over a 6 year period of growth at around $140 per share.
My only thing I wasnt a fan of is the fact that creating growth numbers for cash flows felt super arbitrary. I guess you have to be a total industry expert to have reliable growth numbers.
