I have a lot of cash on hand, what should I do?

I have $10,000+ sitting in my ROTH as cash at the moment and don’t really know what to do. with the SPY and QQQ being near all time highs now doesn’t seem like a great time to buy, but it’s not helpful to my future when i have a large sum of money burning a whole in an account. what other investment vehicles or ETF’s could i take a look at that I won’t be buying the top and have room to grow.
