I don’t enjoy stocks and want to sell everything. Any reason why I shouldn’t?

I started investing on Robinhood in 2019 and I’m up 15K. Seeing my portfolio ebb and flow gives me anxiety and I want to sell everything and reinvest next year in safe index funds and my favorite few stocks (Apple, Google, and Microsoft have done me well). Is there any reason why this would be a bad idea?

Alternatively I suppose I could just sell all my “bad” stocks at a loss for the tax break and keep my “good” stocks for longer, but I really just want to wipe the slate clean and start over.
