Humanigen, Inc. (HGEN) and what does CSO know.

Humanigen, Inc., a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, develops a portfolio of anti-inflammatory immunology and immuno-oncology monoclonal antibodies in the United States.

52-wk high is 29.2052, 52-wk low is 1.67.

Recently Dale Chappell, Chief Scientific Officer and Board member purchased 1 million shares @ $3.00. Stock is up 107.85% last month and institutional ownership is up since February too.

What I can't wrap my head around is what do CSO and institutions know, since there are literally no news around the company other than the insider buying. Stock closed Friday @ $3.97 and is up during after hours between 0.50% and 2.77% depending on where you look it up. The aforementioned action makes me believe there is a breakthrough incoming or other great news like a huge partnership, but that is just a guess. So does anybody have any thoughts on the company, recent price action or other thoughts that might help make a more informed decision as to what my moves on Monday should be.

Disclaimer: I got in @ 3.04 and increased my position later. Up 16.18% so far for the 4 days I've been in.

None of this is financial advice or suggestion. I'm just looking for a fresh view or new information that I've missed.
