How to take bearish position on European indices/etf

Hey, i want open bearish position on european indices/etf. Preferably using European exchanges. What instruments i can use?

I prefer something like buying put options on DAX. So anybody has tips how exactly do this or something very similar?

I am using IBKR, and i dont have experience with EU exchanges.
