How to make a chart of historical PE ratios for a custom index?

I'm looking for a way to put together a custom index of 10-20 companies and compare the equally weighted PE ratio of that index to a specific stock.

Is there a website that does that? Ideally this would be free, but I'm willing to pay a small fee if not.
