how to look at SEC filing by Ryan Cohen to see how many he owned, and how many he sold?

so for Ryan Cohen., its obvious he sold everything since that whats the news are saying citing the SEC filing released today afternoon.

but looking at that filing, how can you tell that he completely exited his position?

im guessing theres another filing that shows how many he owned, and how many he sold. but i dont know where to find that info.

does anyone happen to know?
